What Publishum is

Publishum (publishum.com) is a service made in Fortaleza, Brazil, that schedules and publishes posts on X, Threads, Bluesky and LinkedIn. You write from the dashboard, on WhatsApp, through the API or through MCP, and we publish to the accounts you connected.

By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Publishum.

Your account

You sign in with Google or with a link sent by email. You must be at least 18 years old or be authorized by a legal guardian.

You are responsible for keeping access to your email and your API keys (the ones starting with pt_live_) secure. If you suspect misuse, revoke the key in the dashboard and contact us at suporte@publishum.com.

Connecting your networks

You connect each network through its official login (OAuth). On Bluesky, the connection uses an app password you create in the network's own settings. We never ask for or store the main password of your networks.

By connecting an account, you authorize us to publish on it the content you send, at the time you choose. You can revoke this authorization at any time in the dashboard or on the network itself.

Each network has its own rules, such as LinkedIn requiring a reconnection every 60 days. We warn you in advance when we know, but those rules are not up to us.

Plans, prices and payment

Plans are billed monthly, by Pix, processed by Woovi:

• Solo: R$29 per month.
• Creator: R$79 per month.
• Studio: R$249 per month.
• Yearly: 12 months for the price of 10, paid upfront by Pix.

Renewal, late payment and plan changes

There is no automatic card charge. At each due date, we send a new Pix. We issue an invoice (nota fiscal) for every confirmed payment.

If payment does not arrive by the due date, the account goes into read-only mode: you can still see your posts, but scheduled ones pause until payment is made. Nothing is deleted for late payment.

You can change plans whenever you want. The difference is prorated to the days left in the cycle and charged or credited on the same Pix.

7-day guarantee and cancellation

If Publishum is not right for you, ask for your money back within 7 days of your first payment. We refund the full amount by Pix, no questions asked.

After that period, you can cancel at any time. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid and does not renew. We do not refund partial months already started, except where the law requires it.

Usage limits

Plans limit connected accounts, not posts. A post sent to several networks counts as one.

Link posts on X have their own quota, because the X API charges much more for them: 10 per month on Solo, 50 on Creator and 150 on Studio. Above the quota, each link post costs R$1.50, and we always warn you before charging.

The API accepts up to 60 requests per minute per key. Above that, calls get an error until the next minute.

Your content and acceptable use

The content you publish is yours, and so is the responsibility for it. You must hold the rights to the text, images and videos you send and follow the rules of each network.

You give us a limited permission to store, process and send that content to the networks only to provide the service.

You may not use Publishum for spam, fake accounts, automation that breaks the networks' rules, scams, hate speech or any illegal content. We may suspend or close accounts that do this, with notice whenever possible.

Availability and liability

We work so that every post goes out on time, but we depend on the networks, the internet and suppliers. The Solo and Creator plans have no formal service level agreement (SLA).

When a publication fails, we let you know and let you try again. We are not liable for blocks, outages or rule changes by the networks themselves, nor for lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Changes, governing law and contact

If we change these terms, we will notify you by email 15 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by Brazilian law, including the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code where applicable. The courts of Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil, are chosen as the venue, without prejudice to a consumer's right to use the courts of their own domicile.
